At Tony Castillo's Land Restoration & Land Management we believe in the idea that a company should offer free estimates. That is why offer our potential and current customers free estimates for the first 30 minutes the average time it takes to give an estimate for our basic landscaping services.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Term & Conditions:

1. Digital agreement/approval: of estimates/contract and or proposals are as stated; by approving an estimate/contract the recipient has agreed her or she has read and agreed to all terms and conditions of this estimate/contract or proposal the estimate/contract or proposal become a binding document-(recipient of this proposal or estimate/contract must not renege on this proposal or estimate/contract if recipient chooses to renege from this binding contract for any reason any deposits that have been submitted to *Tony Castillo’s Land Restoration & Land Management* upon reneging are not refundable) if this or any estimate/contract is not approved within 7 days of an issued date this estimate/contract will expire and a new estimate will need to be issued. Once this estimate/contract has been approved by the recipient a deposit will be requested for the cost of any supplies pertaining to any given estimate please see deposit agreement.  

2. Deposit agreement: is as stated; The total cost of the supply estimate is due before a schedule date can be made. This deposit will cover any costs for supplies, traveling time, fuel that is needed to complete any estimate/contract. All deposits are to be paid by check (any check issued as a deposit are to be issued/payable to Tony Castillo if check is not issued/payable to Tony Castillo deposit check will be returned to sender and estimate will be canceled) or cash once the deposit has been received by *Tony Castillo Land Restoration & Land Management* a receipt will be issued for the total amount of the deposit. Deposits are none refundable if client/potential client has chosen to renege from an approved estimate/contract.

3. Acceptable payment methods: are as stated, cash, personal check, company check or online payment with debit card or credit card an online link will be provided when a final invoice is emailed to a recipient Any personal or company check that is issued must be issued/payable to Tony Castillo if the check is not issued/payable to Tony Castillo the issued check will be returned to sender and invoice will be considered not paid and delinquent and late fees will be instated.

4. Invoice payment: the recipient will be sent an email of an invoice and text message which will contain a link to our online payment center where the recipient can make payment of an issued invoice, invoices are to be paid with in 2 days of rendered services once the 2 days have lapsed an invoice will be considered delinquent, a grace period will be given if the recipient contacts Tony Castillo’s Land Restoration & Land Management to inquire for a one-time extension (extensions may not exceed 5 day), international clients are not subjected to delinquency terms.

5. Delinquent invoices: are invoices that have not received funds within 2 days of an issued invoice Once the 2 days have lapsed the recipient of a delinquent invoice will be responsible for all associated late fees. late fees are as stated, once an invoice is delinquent for a time exceeding more than 2 days then late fees are %15 of the invoice total per 30 days. (Under California law, the amount of service charges charged by a creditor must be reasonably related to the actual damages suffered by the creditor.) See Garrett V. Coast & Southern Federal Savings & Loan assn., 9 cal.3d 731.

6. Cancellation of an appointment: are as stated, If for any reason a client/potential client needs to reschedule an intake appointment or scheduled work date the potential client/client must contact Tony Castillo’s Land Restoration & Land Management no less then 3 days before scheduled date to notify us of the changes if no notice is made of a cancellation appointment by the client/ potential client the client/potential client will be responsible to a $45.00 charge that will be issued by invoice.

7. Sub-contracting: terms are as stated, Tony Castillo’s Land Restoration & Land Management has the option to hire any sub-contractor that is seen as fit to assist in completing any project that is scheduled for completion such as but not limited to, debris removal, high weed mowing, irrigation installation, landscaping installment etc.
